Our homemade stuffings are available to fill pork, turkey, chicken or game.
Simply select the stuffing you would like with your desired meat. Alternatively, speak to us about matching meat and flavours. Bread is used for our stuffings but they can be made Gluten Free on request.

HAM

Our hams are made on the premises using an award winning recipe. Each ham is traditionally wood smoked and slow cured- prepared in the old fashioned way without excess water and binders. An exceptional product with great flavour (gluten free)

*Limited number available, order early to avoid disappointment

Traditional Smoked Bone In Leg Ham - prepared on the bone (available in half or whole leg)

Boneless Leg Ham - prepared boneless with all the flavour and no waste (Sizes range from 1kg to 5kg)

Glazed Hams - Cointreau, Orange Marmalade and Bush Honey are mixed and basted for several hours on a deeply scored ham. Grandly presented with cherries. A real crowd pleaser. Your choice of ham- traditional (half or whole) or boneless

 

PORK

Our Pork is specially selected - we choose female pigs to ensure quality, tenderness and taste.

Leg of Pork (Roasting) - juicy leg of pork with plenty of crackle available in any size (from 1kg to 10kg)

Boneless Loin of Pork - the perfect piece of roasting pork with all the ‘crackling’, no bone –robust with flavour and tenderness

TURKEY

Our Turkeys make the perfect tender Christmas Roast.

Fresh Whole Turkey - available in No30 (3kg) to No110 (11kg)

Fresh Turkey Buffet - breast on the bone available in No30 (3kg) to No80 (8kg)

Fresh Rolled and Boneless Turkey Breast Roll - turkey breast expertly boned and rolled. Easy to carve and no waste.

Rolled and Boneless Smoked Turkey Breast Roll - made on the premises using the same traditional methods as our ham. Cooked, can be reheated.

CHICKEN

Our chicken is barn raised, free from added hormones, antibodies and steroids.

Fresh Whole Chicken - available in sizes No16 to No24

Fresh Rolled and Boneless Whole Chicken - whole chicken expertly boned & rolled. Easy to carve & no waste.

Smoked Whole Chicken - made on the premises using the same traditional method as our ham. Cooked, can be reheated.
